Cozy Something in the Woods

This home in Bend OR needed a refresher in the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The space lacked warmth, character, and storage. We added custom cabinetry, shelving, and unique touches throughout that really made the space feel like home.

The following images are presented in a before/after with the original on top and the update below.

I loved removing the wall and upper cabinets over the island!

Creating a natural flow between the sink and the stove and moving the dishwasher to the right of the sink and Boom! Logic.

Picture framing the fireplace and adding rosettes like the fireplace makes it feel intentional.

I loved how a 5’ wide hallway turned into display and bookshelf with room to spare. The top and bottom shelf are shallower to make it feel less heavy.

The right set of doors make the inside feel like outside.

Over and Under Cabinet Lights plus Floating Shelving with their own lights brighten up the space!

The Special Coffee Cup Zone is the first thing you see when you walk in the house. Their Collection of Cool Cups inspired me to create a special place for them.
